You accept responsibility for keeping scheduled appointments and providing adequate notice for cancellations in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Treat Mental Health requires that patients provide at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice or failing to attend a scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation or no-show fee. Repeated no-shows may result in discharge from services.
