Our therapists bring diverse expertise in mental health treatment, specializing in areas such as trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and relationship counseling. With backgrounds in evidence-based therapies – including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy – our clinicians create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
Beyond clinical care, our administrative and support teams work tirelessly to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every client. From the first point of contact to ongoing coordination, they help navigate the treatment process with warmth and professionalism.
Many of our staff members have walked their own journeys of healing, bringing a deep understanding and personal connection to their work. Others have spent years in the field, dedicating their careers to helping individuals find hope and healing. Whether it’s providing therapy, managing programs, or offering behind-the-scenes support, each team member at Treat Mental Health is united by one mission: to create a safe, inclusive, and transformative space for those seeking help.
